Quick answers to the things clients ask us most. Can't see what you need? Just call (07) 4093 8222.
Can I speak to someone before becoming a client?
Of course — call us or send an enquiry and we'll talk through your situation and explain your options in plain English, with no obligation.
Can you do my tax return if I can't come into the office?
Absolutely. Upload your details and documents through our secure online portal, and we'll provide our services over phone, email and internet — wherever you are.
What do I need to bring for my tax return?
Generally: your income statements or payment summaries, details of any other income (bank interest, dividends, rental, business), and records of work-related expenses or deductions. Not sure? Bring what you have and we'll guide you.
Do you prepare BAS and handle GST?
Yes — we prepare and lodge monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements and keep you on top of GST and PAYG obligations.
Can you help me set up a business, company or trust?
Yes. We provide business setup advice and entity structure advice, then prepare the financial statements and tax returns for partnerships, companies and trusts.
Do you look after self-managed super funds (SMSF)?
Yes — we handle SMSF compliance, financial statements and reporting so your fund stays in good standing.
Are you registered tax agents?
Yes. We're a member practice of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and a Registered Tax Agent (70957004). Liability is limited by a scheme approved under professional standards legislation.
What are your opening hours?
9am–5pm Monday to Friday, plus some evenings and Saturdays from July to September by appointment.
